We rented a 10 person Crest Pontoon boat for the day on Lake Cayuga. Staff were friendly and patient with minimally experienced boaters. We did not feel rushed like we had during a previous boat rental experience in another state. All questions were answered and explained in a patient and professional manner. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we got there. The boat was immaculate and easy to use. The available accessories for rent were a nice bonus. Great experience and highly recommended!
