2026 Monterey M22 Overview

The 2026 Monterey M-22 showcases how masterfully engineered geometry can maximize space, comfort, and athletic performance within a highly agile footprint. Built on Monterey’s specialized Air Assist Chine hull architecture with a versatile 19-degree deadrise, the M-22 traps air beneath the running surface to break tension quickly, resulting in fast plane times, enhanced fuel efficiency, and flat, confident cornering during watersports towing.  The interior layout breaks away from standard layout limitations to maximize passenger real estate. In the bow, extra-wide seating creates a deeply recessed, safe social area fitted with dense, multi-density cushions and heavy-duty grab handles. Moving aft through the curved tempered glass windshield, the main cockpit utilizes an ergonomic Arena Seating configuration along the port side and rear bench. This layout clears a wide, non-skid walkway and integrates an abundance of localized storage, including deep console compartments, localized seat bins, and a cavernous, in-floor ski locker equipped with a dry-deck liner.  At the helm, the captain is treated to a sports-upholstered visor over an ergonomic dash, complete with digital, fog-resistant instruments, power-assisted tilt steering, and full media controls. Entertainment is delivered via a premium satellite-ready Fusion marine audio system powering four high-output Rockford Fosgate 6.5-inch speakers. The transom is built out for active water access, headlined by an expansive, integrated swim platform covered in soft-touch SeaDek inlay, an oversized aft sundeck, and a completely concealed 4-step telescoping stainless steel boarding ladder.
